If you are a current EBRx member, there's good news! You can still continue to use your existing identification (ID) card at the pharmacy and our toll-free customer service telephone number remains the same. In addition, if you enjoy the convenience of mail order delivery of your maintenance medications, you will not be required to change mail order pharmacies.

Moving forward, you can reach us directly via the Catalyst Rx Web site located at www.catalystrx.com. Here, you can continue to access the same convenient online services you've used in the past as well as benefit from several new and expanded Web-based services. Through www.catalystrx.com , you have the ability to:

•	Review your plan's covered and excluded benefits
•	Calculate your copayment of upcoming prescriptions
•	Search for preferred brand and generic alternatives
•	Locate and print out driving directions to a local network pharmacy
•	Access My Health Zone, which helps you research, track and maintain your health by providing a comprehensive suite of online tools and information
•	View and print prescription history
•	And much more!

For increased access to your prescription benefits, current members can also access specific plan information by logging on using their member ID number (located on your ID card) and date of birth. Please note that in order to view your prescription claims online, you must create a new account using our Online Drug Profile feature. After you complete the initial login, simply click on the orange button labeled "Create An Account" under the "See My Prescriptions" section.
